Class Info
To attend a class: You must be able to sit down on the floor and get up without assistance.
Class Schedule
Monday
10:00 am Monday Motivator — A one-hour class to start your week well.
Tuesday
6:00 pm General Class for all levels. 1 1/2 hr.
Thursday
6:00 pm Extend and Renew — This class offers several restorative poses, as well as poses that stretch and strengthen. 1 1/2 hr.
Sunday
10:00 am General Class for all levels. 1 1/2 hr.
Offered on Occasion
Turning/Returning to Yoga — for those new to yoga, and for yoga students who have been injured or ill, and need a shorter, transitional class before returning to regular classes. 1 hour. Offered as needed. (Julia)
Private Classes — For those who want to work on a specific area
Prices
1 1/2 hour classes: Single class $17, Class Pass $140 for 10 classes
1 hour class: Single class $15, Class Pass $130 for 10 classes
Private Class: $50 for 1 hr.
Scholarships are available. Ask a teacher for information.

Attending a Class
Book Online — Begin by clicking on the Book a Class button above. (Booking online must be done 6 hours in advance) — Or
Drop In. Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a registration form.
For good alignment, we need to see your knees. Shorts or leggings work well.
Yoga is best done on an empty stomach. We recommend not eating for a couple of hours before class.
We have plenty of mats and props to use during class, although some people like to bring their own mat.
Beginners — You can join one of the classes listed above. If you prefer a more basic class, email booknook13@gmail.com, and we will let you know when the next beginners class will start.
